So here is a blast from the past… I was cleaning up my YouTube account and came across one of my favorite videos.
This was an Ignite Session I did back in 2014 at Nonprofit Technology Conference (NTC) in Washington, DC. If you don’t know what an Ignite Session is you can learn more here, but basically it is a set format presentation:
