How We Work The Magic
Step 1
The Brief
We'll ask the right questions to uncover the truth about why you need a new website and exactly what it is you're trying to achieve. Some of these questions may seem a little uncomfortable. In fact, if it doesn't get a little awkward, then chances are we haven't done our job.
Step 2
The Sitemap
Once we have all the information we need, we'll build a visual sitemap so we can all get on the same page very quickly about what it is we're trying to communicate and the best way to structure the information within your site.
Step 3
The Design
The fun begins during the design stage because we get to play with the crayons and coloring pencils to bring your interactive prototype to life to match your brand identity and design choices.
Step 4
The Development
Once you've signed off on the design, we put our heads down and put the new website together. Like building a home, we lovingly build the foundation, structure and install the finishings.
Step 5
The Delivery
Finally, we go underground for a couple of weeks and make sure everything is plugged in and tested before deploying your shiny new website to your hosting server so you can show it off to the whole world.

There are many aspects that go into achieving good SEO, and one of the most important is the copy (words) on your website. Focus on well written, keyword rich and appropriate content is the key.
We don’t directly write your content as we have found that it is vital that your site is in YOUR voice.
However if you need help or coaching in writing your content, we can definitely help with that.
We focus on what we’re good at – designing, building and supporting websites, however if you need someone to create your logo for you we have relationships with several graphic designers who specialize in logos and branding.
