2. We Finish The Job Within 48 Hours

3. You Get Back To Changing The World

Just submit your Request and then don't worry about it. You can get back to being a World Changer and we will let you know as soon as the request is completed... then you can submit another!

Our monthly support plans are designed to support one website per plan. If you have more than one website you can sign up for a separate plan for each website.

We're good people and we have found our monthly clients to be good people as well. We focus on "small jobs", those requiring 30 min. or less. We also strive to support a reasonable number of tasks per client knowing that some months you may have more or less than our other clients. We will also let you know if you are stretching the friendship and will come up with a plan to move forward.

It means you can submit as many requests as you like in a month, but they must be submitted one by one. For example, you submit a task, we complete it, then you may submit another task.

If it feels like it's a small job, then go ahead and submit a request. If it is a small job, then we will fix it up for you right away. If it looks like it might fall outside of the 30 min. limit then we will let you know and try to work with your to break it up into smaller jobs so it may still fit in the limits. Sound fair?

We complete tasks within 2 business days, most within 24 hours. If you request a task over the weekend we generally take care of it on Monday but if it's an emergency we can jump on it right away if needed.

To ensure the happiness of ALL of our clients, we focus on small fixes and jobs. If you need us to complete a larger task we will work with you to break it down into smaller chunks to fall within the limit, or we may be able to squeeze in a larger task as an infrequent favor. Like we said, we are good people and have found our monthly clients to be good people as well... so we can probably work it out.

Not to worry, you can always order a single one-off 30 min. job for $79. Of course we think you would be crazy to do that when you can get a ton more done on your site by purchasing a monthly plan.. but hey, it's totally up to you.

After signing up we will need to get your login information and do a quick site check to make sure we can connect and activate your account. Once this is done you can submit your first request and our team will begin working on it right away.

No. Our monthly service is billed using recurring monthly charges on your credit card. There are no long term contracts to sign, set up fees or cancellation fees. Our clients retain us month over month because we provide an amazing service and we prove it every month.

We'll do everything we can to fix the hack and get you back up and running ASAP, even if it means going outside of the official scope of 30 minute jobs.

Simply open a request and we'll take care of you right away. We will be very sad and miss you terribly, but as we said there are no long term contracts forcing you to stay.

Yes. If you are not 100% satisfied with our service in the first 30 days we will refund your subscription. If it is beyond the first 30 days, you can cancel your service at any time and you will not be billed for the next month. No long term contracts, no tricks.
